Is there a deadline to redeem?
You must make your selections and complete your order by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Codes not redeemed during this time will be forfeited.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your items no later than March 18, 2026. If you do not receive it by this time, please email us at cs@sigmarsolutions.com.
Can I use more than one Smart Code?
Yes. Simply apply each code one by one and they will all be applied to your order. Checkout can proceed once you have enough Smart Code credits applied to pay for the order.
What happens if I don't use the full value of a Smart Code?
You can place another order with any remaining balance until the end of the event.
Can I return or exchange an item I've already ordered?
All transactions are final, and items cannot be returned once orders are placed.
What happens to my code if I don't use it?
Any codes not used by the end of the shopping period will be forfeited.
