What are the dates of the shopping events?
6am Saturday, 5/9 - 11:59pm Tuesday, 5/12
6am Saturday, 5/16 - 11:59pm Tuesday, 5/19
6am Saturday, 5/23 - 11:59pm Tuesday, 5/26
6am Saturday, 5/30 - 11:59pm Tuesday, 6/2
When can I redeem my code?
You may redeem starting Saturday at 6am ET until Tuesday at 11:59pm ET. Codes not redeemed during this time are forfeited. Codes are only good for the current shopping period and cannot be rolled over to the next shopping period.
Is there a deadline to redeem?
You must make your selection and complete your order by 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday. Codes not redeemed by 11:59 PM on Tuesday are forfeited.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items ship within 2-4 weeks of placing the order, though shipping times will vary depending on the item. At the very latest, you should receive your item no later than July 28, 2026. If you do not receive it by this time, please email us at cs@sigmarsolutions.com.
Can I return or exchange an item I've already ordered?
All transactions are final, and items cannot be returned once orders are placed.
What happens to my code if I don't use it?
Any codes not used during the shopping period are forfeited.
